Nice fizzy-creamy longlasting head, hazy. Aroma is slightly dry sour-ish fruity, soda powder, hay, minerals, sour apples, grass, citrus, apple jam. Taste is dry sour-ish fruity, soda powder, citrus acid, sour apples, grass, hay, minerals, unripe berries, raw rhubarb, sour winegum. Medium bitterness, dry sour-ish mouthfeel. Nice.
