Bottled. An amber beer with a huge orange head. The aroma is sweet malty with notes of dusty hops and some over ripe fruits as well as hints of phenol. The flavor is sweet malty with notes of caramel, phenol, dusty hops, and some fruit, leading to a very dry and quite bitter finish, where a note of over ripe fruit lingers. My favorite of the three varieties, though the differences are subtle.

Bottle. Amber, a bit unclear body with a beige head. Hops, orange, some resin and a weak matlyness in the shape of beef-stock. Sweet, quite fruity flavor, finishing bitter. Medium body. The second best of this hop experiment I think. (070928)

Bottle at Københavnske Øldage 2007
Beautiful amber color. Very light caramel aroma. Light malt flavor, caramel, dry in front, even less complex than the Sjælland draught.

Draught at Gl. Estrup. Creamy white fair mostly lasting head. Amber colour. Very hoppy aroma. Moderate bitter flavor. Harsh bitter average finish. Oily palate. Not as good as the two other hopp-experiments.
