Tap @ In de Wildeman. Golden color, hazy. Bretty citric vinous aroma. Flavor has grapes, vinegar, bretty notes and apple. Hint of fruity sweetness.

Tap at in de wildeman. Pours amber with whiteish head. Aroma is fruity, bretty, sour, bit funky. Flavor is sweet and bitter, funky, bretty, somewhat sour. Body is on thin side. Overall: good, bit watery, but i love brett.

7 3 7 3 14 Draft at In De Wildeman, Carnivale Brettanomyces 2017. Very hazy dull orange with a bubbly white head. Aroma of brett, barnyard funk, light fruits, a touch herbal. Flavour is light moderate sweet and bitter. Medium bodied with soft carbonation. [24/06/2017]

Sampled from tap at In De Wildeman @ Carnivale Brettanomyces 2017. Hazy amber with thin white head. Sweet malts, oaty, grapes, light plastics, fruity. Light sweet, moderate bitter and faintly sour. Medium body, soft carbonation.

Tap at In de Wildeman. Hazy light amber with small white head. Sweaty Brett with a bit of pineapple Brett, soft caramel, red berries, soft red grape skins, soft grass. Light sweet and bitter with a hint of sourness. Medium bodied.
