50 cL bottle. Pours dark brown to black with a reddish hue and a dense light brown head. Soft roasted malt aroma with a slight chocolate note. Sweet malt flavour with a bit of chocolate smoothness. The sweet smoothness is soon broken by a distinct bitterness. This lasts into the finish.

500ml bottle. Very dark, red brown body with a beige head. Sweet malty aroma with some roasted coffee. Flavor is burn malt and roasted coffee, medium body. Dry, fruity finish.

Bottle. Dark brown colour with a beige head. Aroma is Coffee, roasted. Flavour is coffee, hop, roasted, malt. Ok beer.

First rating(50 cl bottle purchased in Copenhagen) Very dark red to black color, medium size tan head. Sweet, roasted and some odd vegetable scent, also chocolate. Roasted and somewhat acidic taste. Spritzy and thin mouthfeel, low bitterness. Sweet and vegetable aftertaste. 5/3/6/3/10=2.7Second rating(Bottle at a beer tasting at rickgordon in Göteborg)On July 5, 2008Black color, light brown head. Sweet and smoke scent. Draught at Københavnske Øldage. Very black. Tarry licorice nose. Dry with notes of caramel, molasses and coffee. Surprisingly light bodied given the aroma. Tarry bitter finish.

(Bottle 50 cl) As ""Ørbæk Rappenskralde Porter". Beautiful, clear, reddish brown with a dense, beige head that leaves some lacework. Soft aroma of roasted malt. Medium body with lightly sweet notes of roasted malt with a vaguely burned note. The finish is dry. 030407 (On tap) As "Ørbæk Geniuss Stout". Clear mahogany with an orange hue. Neat, dense, beige nitro head. Discreet aroma of burned malt. Light and somewhat watery and some lightly tart notes of burned malt. Score: 3.1 281006

Bottle. Nice big light tan head with good duration. Color is close to black. Aroma is heavy with roast malt. Taste is roast malt with notes of coffee.

Dark brown with a disappearing off-white head. Caramel aroma with some grain, chocolate. Sweet flavour and quity grain-y with a roast, bitter finish.

Bottle. Pours a dark brown color with a longlasting big tan head. Roasted malty aroma with some hints of chocolate and coffee. Sweet roasted malty flavor with lots of chocolate and coffee. Sweetish roasted malty finish with lots of chocolate in the aftertaste.

Bottle. Clear dark brown color with a average fizzy fair lacing off-white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, burnt, chocolate, coffe, light yeasty. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft, finish feel is burnt / coffe bitternes. Impressen is industriel stout (a bit boring).
