Full-bodied, superb malty flavours dominate, then some spicy aromatic and bitter hops blend in that give the beer a bitter-sweet character of a high intensity. There is a shy fruityness present. The carbonation is perfect - tiny, almost unvisible bubbls make a creamy and smooth mouthfeel that perfectly supports the character of the beer. This really is a superb christmas beer, this is a raving beauty.
