(draught at the brewpub) Cloudy, dark amber colour with a medium-sized slightly off-white foamy head. Sweet and moderately yeasty wheat-malty aroma with notes of banana, a tinge of berry-fruits and bubblegum. Sweet and slightly sour-tart flavour, full bodied with an almost creamy carbonation. Fruit-accented taste with a present wheat-character and a touch of cara-malt, mellow mouthfeel; sweet and slightly sour-fruity finish. Pleasant and quite deceptive Weizen(doppel)bock with a well-hidden alcohol. 17.IV.11
