Bottled, from Mt. Faber Steakhouse & Brewery, Singapore Black, minimal head.Aroma of molasses with some lemon. Dryish with light body ansd clean, hard mouthfeel. Lemon, licorice and molasses before a metallic finish. Very sharp and primitive, sporting a slight infection.

Draft at AdstraGold, Singapore. Dark brown with a tan head. Aroma is infected, tart fruit, light vinegar, some roast coming out and malt. Flavour is above light sweet, bitter and sour. Light medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Tap at the Brewpub. Poured a clear dark brown with a frothy tan head. The aroma is malt, floral hop, The flavour is moderate sour with a dry yeast medicinal hop palate. Medium bodied with soft carbonation. Surely infected.

Black color with compact head. Finally not a blend, and the aroma is strange: roasted malts, but also vegetables. Weak mouthfeel; roasted malt flavor, trying to mask the yeast character; some cabbage too; the combination of hops and roasted malt provides above the average bitterness.
Not very pleasant.

Draught (sampled) at the brewpub in Singapore on July 9, 2013.The list at the brewpub stated Alco.: 4% +/- 0.5% but breweries website states Alco.:3%+/-0.5%.Clear dark brown color, dense tan head. Sweet, hoppy, fruity scent. Sweet, malty, fruity taste. Medium to smooth mouthfeel, medium bitterness.Nice and tasty!
