Mixed fermentation saison brewed with heritage Chevallier malt and enourmous amounts of freshly picked Endeavour in the whirlpool. Packaged fresh and bottle conditioned with a slightly lower carbonation (1.9 volume) for a cask beer like effervescence. An Anglo - Belgian celebration ale that will continue to develop.
