Šťavnatá vzpruha pro chmurné večery po zoufale krátkých prosincových dnech. S touto hazy IPA s kombinací chmelů Krush-Amarillo ke slunovratu propijeme o něco snáz. :-)
Hops: Krush, Amarillo
Grains: Extra pale, wheat and chit malt, torrified oats
Yeasts: LalBrew Pomona / Verdant IPA
Note: First version at 5.8% and with Pomona yeast.

Appearance - 7 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 7 | Overall - 6.5
Med-thin body, med-light carbo, could use more. Feels a bit watery. Med biter, med-light sweet. A bit juicy, but the sweetness overall rather sugary. Malt in the backG, hops-centered. Med citrusy, tropical, light dank, grassy, zesty. Goodish, a bit boring

Tap at Brustok 2025. Lovely ful orange body, off-white head. Lightly tropical, somehow funky, phenolic aroma. And now I see it's Pomona, hah. Tropical, funky taste, resinous notes, medium body, smooth, ending dry. Hooh, not sure I'm a fan of this yeast...
