Our single hopped American blonde ale where we rotate a new hop in for each batch. This time around we used one of our favorite New Zealand hops, Rakau. Hazy, fruity and dangerously drinkable, Rakau imparts refreshing notes of tropical stone fruit.

Brewery draught, 3/13/25.
Heavily hazy, pale-golden-blonde. Smallish, white head.
Juicy as hell and full of rich mineral and expressive tropical fruit. Very bright, clean and clear aroma. Ample backing of light honey and white bread-like character from malt.
Juicy, rich, deeply malted with a chewy texture and a rustic grain character. Cherry, guava, mango and light mineral with a zippy bitterness throughout. Incredibly balanced, flavorful and drinkable.
