Sampled on draft this beer poured a red brown color with a large fluffy orange tan head that left decent lacing. The aroma was malty with bread crust and caramel. The flavor was tangy, bitterish and a touch astringent with notes of malt, bread and a hint of tobacco. Medium length finish. Moderately full bodied and smooth.
