Keg at Mt Faber Steakhouse & Brewery, Singapore. Dark brown, rich creamy head. Distinct oaky vanilla aroma. Mid sweet with light body and clean, rounded mouthfeel. Coffee backed with vanilla, notes of tin. Long bitter finish. Oak seems to have mellowed the beers, removing the sharpest edges.

Draft - Lots of sweet oaky notes. Deep opaque brown with a small beige head. Sweet oaky notes with a light bitterness in the finish. Oak dominates.

Tap at the Brewpub. Poured a clear dark brown with a frothy light tan head. The aroma is oak, roasty butter some fruit and hop. The flavour is light bitter sweet with a dry roast, charcoal, light coffee floral hop palate. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Draft at AdstraGold, Singapore. Dark brown with a thick tan head. Aroma of massive oak, malt, caramel, overripe dark fruits and toffee. Flavour is moderate sweet and above moderate bitter. Light medium bodied with soft carbonation.
