Tasting glass in front of De Bierkoning, Carnivale Brettanomyces 2017. Amber color. Acidic vinegarry aroma with hints of caramel. Iinitial malty caramelly sweetness, flowing into a apple vinegarry sourness.

6 3 7 3 13 Sampled at Bierkoning, Carnivale Brettanomyces 2017. Very hazy brown with a tan head. Aroma of peat, whiskey, chocolate, tart ripe fruits, vanilla and malt. Flavour is light moderate sweet and light sour. Medium bodied with soft carbonation. [24/06/2017]

Bottle pour at Carnivale Brettanomyces 2017 @ De Bierkoning. Unclear dark brown with thin greyish head. Pure peat. Moderate sweet and big bitter and light sour. Sampled in fron of De Bierkoning. Murky light brown. Lots of hospital, peaty, sour grapes and vinegar. Very weird smome/hospital which completely clashes with the sour notes here for me. Couldn’t handle more than one sip...
