(Draught, EBF). Amber color, no head. Fruity, pear nose. Flat mouthfeel, very fruity banana flavored. Sticky, sugary mouthfeel. Pear and sugar, not my idea of tripel.

Bottle. Golden / orange colour with a white head. Aroma is alcohol, sweet, caramel. Flavour is sweet, alcohol, caramel, hop. Strange , but still a drinkable beer.

Bottle. It starts with a quite weak aroma, sugary, slightly alcoholic and with some hoppyness. Sweet, sugary flavor with nice hoppy notes, alcohol and caramel. The mouthfeel is full and warming. It has a finish with alcohol and bitterness, feeling rather dry. Even though it has a mostly clear, golden body with a white head and a touch of warming alcohol it’s not much of a tripel in my book. Drinkable indeed though. (071123)

50 cL bottle. Pours golden orange with a white head. Mildly spiced and soft caramel malt aroma. Flavour is sweet and yeasty spiced, has solid caramel malty flavour. Finish is slight sweet caramel malty. Somewhat simple triple and without the Belgian yeasty complexity and a smoothness.

Bottled (9.3%). Cloudy dark amber, brief head. Light pineapple aroma. Sweet and medium bodied with clean mouthfeel. Very fruity with vague almond character. Salty finish.

Bottle at Bryggerdage i den gamle by. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden amber. Aroma and taste are malt, fruit and hops. Long lasting finish with some alcohol.

(On tap) Cloudy, amber golden with a somewhat rough, off-white head. Rather sweet and fruity nose. Quite full-bodied with sweet, fruity notes. Light accents of yeast, some diacetyl and then a distinct, alcoholic finish. Very limited bitterness. 281006

Draught @ Ølfestival Horsens 2006. Unclear red / golden color with a off-white head. Hoppy and some light yeast aroma. Flavour is fruity and yeasty.

Draught at Bryggedage Den gamle By. Creamy white good mostly deminishing head. Amber colour. Powerfull hoppy aroma. Fantastic flavor, long finish. Oliy palate. Good tripel.
