Pours clear brown with almost no head. Aroma has notes of malt, caramel, ginger, clove and orange. Taste is medium sweet and light bitter with a long fruity, spicy finish. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonaton is flat.

bottle shared by me at my US beer tasting clear brown, small smooth light brown head. quite spicy aroma, malty, sweet, brown cakes, very christmassy but somehow the spicyness don’t get out of hand even though it is has lots of spices in it. flavor is quite spicy (sweet spicse), malty, brown cakes. A tasty spiced christmas beer.

Sample from 0,6 l.bottle. Distinct scent of brown christmas cookies, cardamom, cinnamon. Notes of raisin, bread and caramel. Sweet taste with Christmas spices. Medium body with a spicy finish. Did not work for me, as the non-organic version.

Bottle 60 cl. Courtesy of Pinball. As "Nørrebro Julebryg (Økologisk)". Pours a clear brown with a small beige head. Heavy spice nose - think pumpkin pie. Medium body, burned dark caramel, Belgian yeast, cinnamon and some metal. Ends dry and warming with no real hops. 6/3/6/3/12 161211
