Bottle. Pours opaque orange brown with small off white head. Aroma is sweet malt, caramel, French apple vinegar, hints of cinnamon pepper and cloves. Taste is sweet and mild. Palate is round, smooth and pleasant with mild but sufficient carbonation. Finish has spicy and sweet notes - almost like drinking brown cookies :-)

Unclear orangey brown with a lasting off-white head. Aroma is sweet, wheaty, banana, yeasty and spicy. Flavor is rather sweet with almost no bitterness. Soft and smooth. Has a very christmassy feel to it. 261110

(Draught at Monk’s Porterhouse, Stockholm, 3 Dec 2010) Reddish amber colour, cloudy, with frothy beige head. Fruity, slightly sourish nose with notes of toasty wheat, apricots, orange peel and banana. Fruity, citric taste with orange, banana, apricots, a slightly toasty wheat character and hints of clove. Medium body, with some sweetness. Quite enjoyable.

Bottled. Hazy orangeish golden colour with mediumsized slightly off-white head. Aroma is dry wooden along with some mild caramel, toffee, spices, wheat and citrus fruits. Flavour is quite much the same, but the wheat and citrus is much stronger. Mild pale syrupy notes as well.

Bottle. Poured amber with a red hue and an off white head. Aroma was full of sweet malts but note much else, quite simple for an xmas beer. Flavor brought out more spices as the cinnamon mixed nicely with the sweet malts.

aroma is christmas spices, and acarmel. appears unclear boriwn, very small head, flavor is caramel, honey, crishtmas spices, sweet from sugar, not so much from malts, tasty and rather full, but not very deep. people not used to strong beer might like it a lot.
