(Draft at Protokoll, Berlin, 18 July 2025) Amber colour with frothy, off-white head. Malty, hoppy nose with notes of toast, citrus, orange peel and pine needles. Malty, hoppy taste with crisp-bread, orange peel, pine needles, resin, pink grapefruit and a balanced citric/piney bitterness in the finish. Medium body, with a slight sweetness. Rich and hoppy lager. Nice one.

Orange with a full solid head. Aroma of grainy lager. Flavour has a kick of spiced fruit, citrus orange on a fairly strong bitter base.

From tap. Pours hazy orange, white head. Aroma is citrusy hops, malty. Solid citrudy hops. Sweet malt base. Solid bitterness. Bitter, dry hoppy to juicy citrusy far finish.
