Bison grass is a sweet, aromatic grass that grows in North America and Norther Poland near where the last herd of European bison used to roam. This saison was brewed at is/was, and incorporates Polish Oktawia and Izabella hops with a whirlpool addition of bison grass. Flavors of vanilla. baking spices, honeydew, fresh cucumber, dried lime, and white pepper. This beer evolves with every sip!

Tasting with a Green Chile& barbacoa chicken tamale from Tamale Spaceship.
Hazy golden puffy, pillowy but brief white head. A light nose of spicy Belgian malts. Easy toasted malt taste with some spice and a bubble gum / banana side. Then there's some lemongrass in the next sip, too. Goes great in taming the fire of my spicy tamale. Polish hops give a dry and peppery note.
