Draft at AdstraGold, Singapore. Brown with a tan head (erm what?). Aroma of malts, light roast, grain and light hops. Flavour is light sweet and bitter. Light bodied, watery and soft carbonation. We were sure that they had given us the wrong beer here but they insist that that’s the way they make their pilsner. Erm ok...

Tap at the Brewpub. Poured a slightly hazy dark amber with a thin off white head. The aroma is slightly roasty, hop bitter, light fruit. The flavour is moderate bitter with a light grainy, metallic hop bitter palate. Light to medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Hazy amber color with creamy head. Light malt aroma. Being a blend of the Golden Ale, it has the same defects: sharp metallic yeast. Less offensive than the Golden Ale, but still a homebrew first attempt.

Draught (sampled) at the brewpub in Singapore on July 9, 2013.The list at the brewpub stated Alco.: 4% +/- 0.5% but brewery’s website states Alco.:3%+/-0.5%.Commercial description comes from brewery site, I highly doubt it is an ale/top fermented, more likely the person writing those descriptions might have some English confused. Did feel like a nice drinkable pilsener.Clear golden color, big off-white head. Sweet, malty, herbal, bitter taste. Fruity, hoppy, bitter aftertaste. Medium mouthfeel, medium to medium high bitterness. Sweet malty scent.
