Huge dark greige head over tar-black beer. Woody, bit coppery nose, burnt malts. Soft, mild, roasted, with a bit of molasses, without the sweetness, little sourish lining. Medium bodied, acidity thinning a bit. Nice, but a bit underwhelming for a supposedly Imperial Stout.

Black with huge light brown head. Aroma has roasted malt, liquerice and coffe notes. Somewhat sweet flavor with notes of solid roasted malt, coffee and liquerice. Ends slightly bitter. Good but complexity could be so much better.

11.2 oz bottle from papsoe; Not a stromg nose, a little chocolateand light coffee; opaque black with brown edges and a small cinnamon head; falvor has some coffee and some hop bitterness for a finish.

Bottled. Pitch black with pale brown head. Aroma of coffee with cream. Fairly sweet with dense mouthfeel. Roasty with licorice, chocolate and tobacco, a bit syrupy. Salty finish. Flavours does not really melt together. Feels like a beer diluted from a thick concentrate.
