Keg at Mt Faber Steakhouse & Brewery, Singapore. Black with beige head. Molasses and cough medicin up front. Dry with light body and clean, hard mouthfeel. Molasses, licorice and rust. Metallic bitter finish.

Draft - Molasses and nutty notes. Jet brown with a decent beige head. Clove and some nutty dark notes. Not much else and a bit thin.

Tap at the Brewpub. Poured a clear dark brown with a short lived frothy tan head. The aroma is sweet malt, caramel toffee, red berry fruit, floral hop. The flavour is light sweet with some bitter notes and a watery, light grainy malt, earthy, hop bitter palate and a lingering bitter finish. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Draft at AdstraGold, Singapore. Hazy fairly dark brown with a light tan head. Aroma of light Indian spices, raisins, malt, toffee and overripe dark fruits. Flavour is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Draught at the brewpub
Dark brown color, almost black, with compact but not persistent head. Nutty and roasty aroma. Weak mouthfeel, dry; the roasted malt masks the metallic yeast; correct bitterness; light coffee touch.
Drinkable.

Draught (sampled) at the brewpub in Singapore on July 9, 2013.Clear brown color, small teal head. Sweet, raisin scent. Sweet, solvents taste. Sweet aftertaste. Low co2 smooth mouthfeel, high dry bitterness.
