On tap at the Goldenes Posthorn, Nurnberg November 2006. Brown beer with minimal head. Plenty of malt aroma. The flavour was of caramel with a bitter finish. Not bad.

Bottled. A deep red beer with a tan head. The aroma is sweet malty with primary notes of caramel, but also light notes of alcohol. The flavor is sweet with notes of caramel, but also light notes of metal, leading to a very dry finish.

Bottle, 5.4%. Clear brown colour, small white head. Quite malty aroma. The flavour is also malty with some earthy malt notes. Nice breadiness. Good, like watered-down Bajuvator.

(Bottle 50 cl) Pours a beautiful, clear orangey brown with a nice, of-white head. Roasted malt aroma. Medium body - perhaps slightly hazy - with roasted malt notes. Very subdued bitterness. 261006

Bottle. Brown color with a off-white head. Light roasted aroma of roasted malts and liquorice. Light roasted flavour of liquorice. Hops in the finish.

Dark ruby red. Nice roasted notes but a bit thin and watery.................
