Sampled on draft at the brewpub this cider poured a yellow-gold color with a medium sized foamy white head that faded quickly and left no lacing. The aroma was sweet apple juice and a touch of honey. The flavor was tangy and sweet apple juice and a bit of yeast. Long finish. Full bodied and smooth.
