50 cL bottle. Pours black with good brown and creamy head. Aroma is sweet, slight fruity and roasted malt almost coffee like. Taste is sweet malty followed by a subdued bitterness and a citric note. Flavour has good roasted malts as expected from a stout. Ends rather caramelmalt-sweet. Lucky me that this wasn’t infected :)

Bottle 5,5%. Black colour, frothy light brown head. Fruity liquorice aroma. Sweet roasted flavour with a hint of liquorice and cardboard. Warming alcohol. Quite sweet for a stout, but OK.

(Bottle 50 cl) Pours a very dark brown - close to black - with a discreet orangey glow. Neatly creamy, beige head. Aroma of roasted malt. Medium-bodied with lightly sweet, roasted malt. Slightly coffeeish notes and a touch of chocolate. Subdued bitterness in the finish. Lovely. 201006

A red-brown beer with a lazing beige head. The aroma is slightly acidic combined with notes of roasted malt and nuts. The flavor has a good roastyness, combined with a slight acidity, leading to a dry end, but the body is a bit thin. Middle of the road stout, nothing too exciting about this. Thanks Mads for sharing.
