Who doesn’t love a lemon drizzle cake? Fluffy vanilla sponge, laced with tart, zesty lemon; Just like Nana used to make. We’ve drizzled those homely baked flavours into this delicious treat of a pastry sour beer..

Keg at CBJ, 23/05/2025.
Moderately hazed golden yellow with a fast escaping white head.
Nose is lemon cheesecake, light citric tangs, toasted grains.
Taste comprises bitter sweet lemon, straw, herb, hedgerow, light acidic nibble.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a modest puckering close.
Okay simple sour if perhaps a little overly sweet edged for my liking.

On tap at Famous Royal Navy Volunteer Bristol. Cloudy gold orange colour thin white head. Lemon and vanilla aroma. Sweetish aroma. Yes some lemon drizzle not much sponge. Some Yoghurt on the finish. I liked the aroma. Rest is a lemon sour. Some zest. Not overly sour.

Draft at BeerHeadZ, Lincoln. Hazy pale yellow golden colour with a white head. Aroma and taste are tart to sweet lemon and cake. Love it.
