Cask at Ealing Beer Fest 25. Aroma is boozy with burnt caramel. Dark and glossy. Foamy light tan head. Tangy. Fruity and tangy. Underlying coffee and charcoal. Barrel aged? Medium-heavy bodied. Oily. Soft carbonation. Long dry somewhat astringent. Finish. Interesting boozy boost

Gravity cask at the 34th Ealing Beer Festival 2025, day one, 09/07/2025.
Black topped with a khaki head that clears to a swirl.
Nose is tangy fruit esters, charr, dark malts, vinous tones.
Taste comprises fruit cake mix, toffee, figs, raisins, booze, molasses.
Full bodied, soft carbonation, drying close with a balanced rising boost.
Okay cask impy if lacking complexity.
