West coast pils brewed with our hop loving compadres from San Diego, North Park! A simple pils base with single decoction mash set the stage for a thoughtful onslaught of hops. Citra on the hot side. Dry hopped with US Mosaic, a d NZ nectaron, and peacharine. Throwback west coast IPA vibes with the drinkability of a pils.
This beer was brewed on our actual 5th anniversary, 2/6/2025 with Kelsey Mcnair of North Park brewing. We were honored to host this pizza loving hophead for a few days and could not be happier with the results!
(P.S. don’t put this in your motorcycle to clean the carbs when it gets nice out)

Can at the Prague Beer Fest Day 0, thx Kenny for sharing it with everyone! Clear golden body, white head. NZ hops really dominate the aroma, floral, citric, white grapes... lovely expression! Creamy, citric, white grape, herbal taste on clean maltiness, wiht light bitterness. Not the pils bitterness we're used to here, but still an undeniably extremely well made lager!

So crisp and clean. Nice hop presence as well. Could absolutely drink this all the time. Collab with North Park in San Diego.

Draft at Jenkintown. Bright medium gold pour. Ferothy white head. Nice extended lacing. Floral hop aroma. Flavor is crisp, biscuity malt balanced by delicate spicy hops. Notes of sweet citrus, red berries and juicy peaches. Delicious.

Draught at Schuykill Banks: pours gold with white hear. Huge citrusy nose, light grass. Taste is hugely juicy, lightly bitter. Excellent. north park and human robot collabs are some of my favorites.
