Draught@brewpub. Quite much pitch black colour, mediumsized brown fluffy head. Aroma is roasted malts, some dark chocolate and mild coffee. Flavour is quite identical, but in a strong and rather toffeeish balanced way. Quite roasted and a bit sourish coffee aftertaste.

Launched as the monthly (in January) brew at Apollo , Copenhagen. However, the 2007-vintage is made with the same receipt as earlier versions.
300ml draught. Served light chilled. Very dark body under a brownish head. Rather poor in aroma, but some sweet roastiness can be spotted. Sharp, dark chocolate flavour. Coarse-grainy mouthfeel (12.01.2007).
