In this Neipa we used for the first time the Verdant yeast to make it, together with the oat and wheat, a hazy, creamy NEIPA, with the nice fruitiness of the Citra, Cascade and Amarillo hops.

4/IV/25 - on tap @ DOK Brewing (Gent), BB: n/a (2025-319)

Pretty clear orange beer, small creamy white head, a little stable, non adhesive. Aroma: fruity, oranges, sweet impression, tropical fruits, pleasant and juicy! MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: nice, pleasant bitterness, slightly sweet, very fruity, oranges, peaches, some caramel malts. Aftertaste: more fruity, lots of mango, tropical fruits, more oranges, sweet finish. Decent one!

A slightly hazy golden beer with a white head. Aroma of juicy stone fruits, mango, apricot. Taste of apricot, ripe mango, stone fruits, mid sweet wheat malt, mild bitterness.
