Hazy IPA brewed with Galaxy hops
Returning as a forever-favorite, this Galaxy-hopped Hazy IPA has a pillowy creamsicle character, plenty of “space hops,” and must be exactly what space smells like!

Pint can. Pours an opaque/cloudy dark yellow with a medium sized foamy white head that has fair retention. The aroma is quite strong and distinct with pineapple and grapefruit. The taste, like the aroma, is all citrus. In addition to the pineapple and grapefruit noted in the nose there is also some lemons and guava in the taste. The palate is full and viscous with soft carbonation. Finishes long with a touch of lingering sour lemon. Overall: decent--Ten years ago this would have been state of the art, but today its somewhat ho-hum. Paired well with a domestic Swiss cheese
