Pint Can. Pours an opaque black/brown color with a medium sized foamy tan head. The aroma is somewhat mild with brown sugar and chocolates. The taste is over the top sweet with maple syrup, dark fruits, chocolates, and some bitter walnut. The palate is full and viscous with weak carbonation. Finishes long and sweet. Overall: Decent Impy--the sweetness is abundant but never cloying. Alcohol is well hidden. Paired well with Sarvecchio parmesan cheese.
