Pint Can. Crystal clear yellow gold color with a smallish white head that has fair retention. The aroma is medium in strength with grapefruit, oranges and pine. The taste is muted citrus, pine resins, and light rye breads. Bitterness is pronounced and piney. The palate is full and viscous. Finishes long, dry and bitter. Overall: Decent--really solid west coast style IPA. Paired well with some aged Reypenaer Gouda cheese.
