Pint Can. pours an opaque muddy dark brown color with a medium beige head that has decent retention. The aroma is strong and features wet earth, burnt dark malts, and coffee. The taste, like the aroma, contains earth, coffee, perhaps some chocolates and blackened grains. The palate is medium-light and the carbonation is soft. Finishes dry with bitter burnt malts. Overall: Decent brewski. Not sure what makes this a Mexican lager. Tastes more like a Bavarian schwarzbier, but that's not a bad thing at all.
