Nice creamy mediumlasting head. Aroma is wheat, hay, yeast, cereal, hints of banana and broth. Taste is slightly dry and watery, wheat, yeast, hay, cereal, broth, hints of grain. Little bitterness, slightly dry mouthfeel. Not even close to as good as i remembered it.

Bottle. Hazy golden colour with a white head with good duration. Aroma is strong banana with coriander notes. Flavor is slightly malty with a mild sweetness and light banana. Plane final, lightly watery.

50cl bottle, bb 09/13. Hazy golden, thick, frothy head. Aroma is somewhat lemony with banana and wheat. Flavor s similar, citrus fruity, wheaty, touch of yeast, long finish of banana. Super refreshing. Light body, but just nw this hefeweizen tastes so good, fresh and clean.

50cl bottle from Varnaveien mineralvann. Pours hazy golden with a white head. Lightly fruity aroma with wheat, yeast and hints of spices and citrus. Lightly sweet and fruity with a light banana flavour and a slightly spicy finish. Pretty light body with medium carbonation. Quite nice and refreshing.

On tap at the brewery Gasthof, 21 July 2012. Hazy gold with a big, frothy white head. A fairly, light citrussy wheat beer, with some grainy malts and pleasant, slightly yeasty finish. Refreshing.

Tap @ the Keller in Buttenheim. Cloudy golden orange appearance with a nice white head. Chewy yeasty, fairly spicy, cinnamon, a bit herbal, sweet malty aroma. A little tart, quite bready yeasty, lightly acidic citrusy, fairly spicy flavor.
