50 cL bottle. Pours hazy yellow with a dense, lasting and white head. Mild banana fruity note in the aroma. Flavour is medium sweet with a light mix of wheaty fruity and yeasty note mixed with an underlying sweetness. Doesn’t show the standard dry wheaty notes. Mild acidic and fruity finish. Certainly drinkable for me.

500ml bottle. Cloudy golden body with a big foamy white head. Aroma is wheat and banana. Flavor is quite sweet, wheat, banana and some hops. Clean and straightforward OK wheat beer. On the sweeter side and lots of carbonation. OK.
Re-rating: Some of the same impression as first rating from 2007 but I would use a bit more nuances in my score today. Classic could be nice and should be appreciate. It’s still a straight forward weissbier, but it’s a good one.

Bottle: Pale golden, cloudy, lively carbonation, big loose head, slowly diminishing with a fine lace, vanilla citrus-fruits and bitter yeast in the nose, moderate sweetish-sourish flavour, light bodied, soft MF; shorter fruity (oranges, lemons)-sourish finish. A very refreshing, well made Weizen.........

500ml bottle from Centra, Oslo. Aromatic with cloves supported by vanilla. Slightly cloudy, dark golden body under a long-lasting rocky foam. Vanilla profile with wheat and banana sweetness offset by a touch of tart fruit in a rather long tail. A Hefeweizen with many qualities, although a bit thin bodied (03.04.2007).

Bottled. Unclear, hazy orange beer with a white head. Pleasant aroma with banana and cloves. A bit too thin mouthfeel with some sticky oilyness, tastes of banana, citrus, cloves and malt, and a finish with fruits and some spices. Not a classic I think, but a good refreshing beer. (061215)

Smallish white head. Hazy yellow body. Milky wheat aroma with citrusy notes. Milky citric taste with wheat and yeast notes. Hoppiness throughout. Milky bitter aftertaste. A decent weizen, but could be more assertive. (0.5l bottle.)

[Bottled at Københavnske Øldage] Clear golden. Phenolic banana aroma. Sweetish with clean, rounded mouthfeel. Medium bodied. A bit too sweet to be really refreshing.
