Draught @ Københavnske Øldage 2006. Pours a cloudy amber colour with an off-white head. Fruity, spicy, citric hop aroma. Floral spicy flavor with some hints of fruits. Floral dry finish with some bitterness.

A hazy orange beer with a lazing beige head. The aroma is sweet malty with a distinct flower character. The flavor is sweet malty with primary notes from the yeast, but also with light notes of hops, leading to a short lived bitter finish.

On tap at Cph Beerfestival. Orange-brown and unclear beer without carbonation and with an off-white head. Hop-fruity aroma up front, with malt and some spices coming through. Hop-dominated flavor with citrus, pinecones and some spiceyness. Medium body with sweetness and hops in the finish. Quite long and bitter finish. Not much tripel-like, but I guess that wasn’t the intention either. (060519)

Draught. Very citric hop aroma with a bit of spice. Very cloudy pale orange colour. Small stable head. Citric hoppiness to flavour. Good bitterness with an astringent aftertaste which gets quite rough.

(On tap) Hazy, amber golden with a creamy, off-white head. Spicy, gingery nose. Quite a full body with medicinal, almost herbal notes and a short, dry bitterness. Special. 190506

[Bottled at Købehavnske Øldage] Hazy amber, creamy head. Estery raspberry aroma. Sweet and fruity with lots of pineapple anf grapefruit, rounded mouthfeel. The hops drowns in the esters.
