This beer was brewed in collaboration with our friends at Telluride Brewing Company, located just over the Continental Divide in Telluride, Colorado. Telluride’s Face Down Brown served as inspiration for this brew. The brewers kicked it up a notch and created an Imperial Brown Ale and aged it for five months in bourbon barrels. The resulting beer is a complex blend of rich malts, bourbon sweetness, and pleasant oak character that evolves with each sip.
