Bottle. Nice big creamy head with good duration. Color is dark amber. Aroma is powerfull with hops, malt and spices. Taste is likewise.

Bottled. A deep red beer with a huge amber head. The aroma is quite light, what is there is mainly of berries, but also with light fruity and caramel notes. The flavor is sweet with strong notes of berries, wood, herbs, alcohol, and caramel, leading to a very dry end where the herbal and woody notes lingers. The alcohol is both tasted, but even more felt on the tongue.

(33 cl bottle, brought home from Fredrikshavn, Denmark) Red brown color with a tan head. Very big hoppy scent, with a touch of chocolate. Also a bit of alcohol. Hoppy mixed with malty taste. Medium high bitterness, bitter after taste. Full mouth feel.

Bottle. Brown colour with a beige head. Aroma is sweet, caramel, malt. Flavour is sweet, roastiness, caramel, hop, malt and spices.

Bottled. Dark amber, almost clear, with a beige head. Malt, beef-stock, dried fruits and sweetness in the aroma. The flavor has caramel, roastiness, sweetness, some hops and spices. Thin and sweet in the mouth. Decent beer. (060812)

Bottle. Creamy off-white good mostly lasting head. Wonderfull amber colour. Powrfull hoppy aroma, really really good. OK flavor, oily palate. Another nice experimentbeer from Thisted.

Nice and malty, peppery aroma, sweet hops. Clear dark brown colour, small red brown head. Good sweetness to flavour, quite malty, fruity and roasted. OK medium bitterness. Peppery, bitter aftertaste, slightly rough.
