Bottled. Clear, reddish brown with an off-white head. Malty nose with beef-stock and hops. The flavor is hoppy, with resin and pine, as well as caramel and beef-stock. Medium, sweet mouthfeel. FinAle is a lot of beer, nice and hoppy, but definately not sessionable. (060812)

[Bottle 6.5 %] Amber coloured with a large, dense head. Fruity hop aroma with notes of liquorice. Medium bodied with a good balance between the hops and the alcohol.

Nut brown with very little white head. By appearance this looks boring but overall this is actually alright. The cascade hops makes this very pleasant - bitter, though its the only thing you can smell and taste. Finish is quite good, but again it could need a shot of something!

Amber colour. Nice flowery hops aroma. I felt the watery hops flavour needed some balance.

Very promising new little brewery. A very good and nice beer with good taste and nice feeling. Bottle and label are a little boring, but in the average
