Our perry varies with each vintage and comes bottled and slightly sparkling in a medium dry and also in still draught form which is a medium product. Again this product is in much demand and often sells out before the end of the summer season.

Bottle 75 cl. Courtesy of fonefan. Pours a pale yellow with quite some floaties. Heavy acetone aroma. Medium body, hardly any carbonation, sweet rotten fruit, acetic acid covered by sugar. A typical rustic British farmhouse style. 251111

Bottle. A clear one, except for a lot of chunks escaping the bottom of the bottle. Pale golden in color. The aroma has a sulphury touch to go with the pears. Sweetish and with some acetone. Pleasant mouthfeel, semi-sweet and nicely carbonated, with flavors of pears, white sugar and some sulphur. Quite drinkable, but a bit too chemical to get a higher rating. 111125

750ml bottle bought at the Bristol Cider Shop @ 5.3% ABV. Pale gold in colour with a greenish tinge and decent carbonation. Sweet, slightly syrupy aroma of pear drops, with a touch of green wood. Full, slightly oily mouth feel, with medium dry fruit, a hint of yeastiness and lingering, medium finish. Enjoyable.

bottle-conditioned, bought at the farm. Slightly hazy pale yellow colour. Sweet pear-lke nose with some acidity. Very fruity with a shy tart character to balance the sweetness. A well-balanced perry, neither too sweet nor too dry.

Picked up at a tiny farm shop at the bottom of Dinmore Hill, Herefordshire (Hereford side of hill) 28-06-08 Pours straw yellow and quite clear although there are some floaty inderminate bits of stuff bobbling around in and amongst. This is really quite tasty yes there is some sweetness but it finishes with a nice sharp bite, very nice.
