Draught at Bellwoods Brewery. Big slightly chemical aroma - very sour/sharp and toasted. Taste is sharply tart and sour, roasted malts, and some chemical. Good palate - sufficiently rich. Lasting sour booziness. Probably one of the sourest beers I've had to date. Not bad at all, but not something I'd get again.

Bottle from the source. Clear maroon color, tan head. Aroma of cherry, plum, raisin. Taste is softly sour and vinous dark fruit, light peppery dust. Very tasty.

A deep dark ale with a thin brown head. In aroma, sweet fruity chocolate malt with light corky notes, funk, light licorice, grassy notes, espresso, OK. In mouth, a rather tart and harsh chocolate, off flavors, spoiled, burnt character, not pleasant. On tap at Sacred Oak fest.

Bottle. Aroma has prominent bretty sourness with dark fruits, sweet. Very dark colour. Taste is intensely fruity, berries, brusnice, egrese. Mostly sour, but deliciously balanced with light sweetness. Only light light dark malts. Easy drinking.

500mL bottle, pours a deep dark brown with a small brown head. Aroma brings out sour fruits, brett, and oak. Flavour brings out tart fruits, brett, cocoa, and tart malts. Pretty interesting experiment. Finishes on sour dark cocoa notes. Decent stuff.

Bottle - Brett and far in the background dark roast, with a touch of oak. Jet black/brown with a brown head. Big Bret and dark roast in the back again. Not sure about the style but a fun drink.
