A pour from 375ml bottle shared at the brewery with Travis.
Very intense cherry kopmot, some cherry pits. Sweet and and low to moderately tart, cherries with black currants, and honey. Very nice one.

A clear purple red colour. Aroma of sweet cherries, some honey, vanilla. Taste of sweet honey, tart cherries, vanilla, warming finish.

Side by side with a 2018 Frederiksdal Kirsebarvin. Lovely complicated sweetness here, floral blossom up front followed by a big black cherry hit, slight lactic note as well

CBHWS2025. Deep purple, a bit towards black colour with no head. Aroma is sweet cherries, alcohol, some honey and mild tart wooden tones. Flavour is pretty much following the pattern of the aroma, but the alcohol is a bit more evident.
