From Three On A Bike Brewing Co., a brand of Winking Seal Beer Co, this IPA was born in Czechoslovakia with traditional floor-malted body straight from the Kingdom of Bohemia. The only thing bigger than his ego is his bitterness. This guy is dry-hopped on Mosaic and New Zealand Cascade that deliver tropical and citrus aromas. He lives a Bohemian life full of music and art, but most importantly alcohol.

Clear golden with a white head. Aroma of malt, yeast, fruity hops and green weeds. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Tap at the Winking Seal Taproom, Ho Chi Minh City. Poured a crystal clear light amber colour with a short-lived frothy white head. The aroma is toffee caramel malt, zesty citrus fruits, woody hop. The flavour is moderate to strong bitter, light sweet, with a smooth, rich, malty, juicy citrus fruit, light pepper spice, light boozy alcohol, big woody hop bitter palate and a long bitter finish. Medium bodied with average to soft carbonation. One of the better beers I’ve had from Winking Seal.
