Amid bursts of confetti & music, the Juggler entertains us with a handful of oranges. As the oranges rise & fall, the planets revolve in the universe, babies are born, & the old pass on. Jongleur – our silky bodied, spicy & aromatic Wit – infuses any moment with a spark of joy. A glass of this bright & refreshing beer reminds us of the juggler’s simple lesson: to take pleasure in both the big & the small things in life.

Well it looks like puddle water. Aroma has cleaners...pretty rough phenols...taste is better, with a soft orange character, light wheat note and restrained coriander.

On tap. Pours a turbid tawny color with light head. Aromas of earthy oranges and coriander. Earthy yeasty vegetal flavors with additional doughy wheat and citrus notes. Simple and raw. Interesting though.

Draft - Floral and Perfumy with some grain notes. Dirty yellow gold. Sweet and perfumy, little fruity esters. Not a fan of the yeast profile.

Draught at the brewery
Muddy dark blond-orange color with no head. The aroma is spicy and fruity, but very light; also very light smoke, it happens sometimes with the wheat. This one as well is fairly dry, the flavor is a bit spicy, and it has a strange flowery character that although not intended adds an original touch, to an otherwise insignificant and dirty beer; mild orange hint, and correct bitterness.
Another very imprecise beer.

On tap at Strange Fellows, pours an absolutely filthy opaque shit orange with no head. Aroma brings out coriander upfront, along with Belgian yeast, and clove. Flavour is rather confused, with notes of clove and coriander, and dirty yeast. Something is a bit wrong here for the beer to look like that and the flavour is rather jumbled. Needs refining.
