Zephyr is made with a dash of caramel malts and a solid dose of Saaz-hops. Fermented out with our house strain from Sonic Pils.
We lagered it for a month at close to freezing!
As an additional bonus, its also glutenfree!

200ml draught at Crafty Friends. A covering white head over a clear warm golden body, spotty lacing. Quite inviting malty aromas with herbal hops. Blended taste of noble hops and cereal malts. Rounded malt-hoppy tail. Medium bodied. Decent pilsner version. (Hamar, 14.03.2025),
