Sample at Stone World Bistro & Gardens in Escondido. Slightly hazy golden color with a medium white head that recedes gradually to a wispy film. Sticky strings of lacing. Aroma of herbal hops, fruit and malt. Medium body with flavors of resiny hops, grapefruit and bready malt. The finish is dry with a fruity hop aftertaste. Pretty good overall.

Tap at the Freehouse, Singapore. Poured a hazy golden colour with a thin broken white head. The aroma is malt, light grassy, pine, yeasty, light citrus fruit hop. The flavour is moderate bitter light sweet, with a crisp, fruity, dry hop bitter palate and a lingering bitter finish. Medium bodied with average to soft carbonation.

Tap at Craft House in Dana Point. Mostly clear golden pour with fine sudsy white head. Aroma is pronounced juicy pineapple, dank resin hops. Taste is similar - pineapple, pine resin, sweet malt. Definitely a dry finish but still quite juicy, much more so than other brut IPAs I’ve tried. I like it. Bubbly palate. Lasting bitter warm finish. Very nice.

Among the better Brut IPAs I've had, perhaps because it still retains flavor above the dryness. Pours golden with good head and lacing. Pine, tangerine and some bark. Bitter end with a touch of caramel. Tap at Stone Richmond.
