Are we living in a simulation? I don't know, but I do know this beer is a Simcolation. Simcolation is a pure expression of Simcoe with pine, orange and grapefruit notes taking the front seat. Enjoy this double IPA and quit worrying if this whole thing is a simulation.

Brewery draught, as pictured, 11/25/25.
Pretty round and easygoing fir this hop. Some very minor wood but mostly juicy yellow fruits backed by white bread-like malts. Hints of lemon, pine and grapefruit. Clean.
Soft and malty with lemon and stone fruit. Surprisingly low bitterness. Low woodiness with big orange and grapefruit

Clear, bright yellow color with a small white head; aroma of mango, passion fruit; balanced flavor with a long, very light bitter finish
