The Spiced Mead is our homage to the masala chai materialised in a beer style mead at 5.5% ABV. We took spices like Cinnamon, Cloves and Star Anise, roasted them whole and fermented them together with our custom blend of eucalyptus honey. This clear blonde mead will pleasantly surprise you with its taste profile and complex long finish. Like the rest of our brews, the Spiced mead is brewed from all natural ingredients with no additives, artificial flavouring or colouring. Highly recommended to be savoured chilled and in a glass.

Can. Pours light hazed yellow gold, with a slim ring of white bubbles. Aroma: honey, herbal, cinnamon, cloves, star anise, Taste: light to moderate sweet, muted honey sweetness, cinnamon, ginger. Spritzy mouthfeel, medium body.

On tap at Smith Street Taps, pours a clear pale blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of the masala spices in good harmony with the honey. Flavour manages to express a lot of the honey despite the low gravity of this, accentuated tastefully by the spices. As far as session meads go, this is one of the better ones out there. Good stuff.

Tap at BeerFest Asia XI Edition, Singapore. Poured a murky opaque, light straw colour. The flavour is moderate to strong sweet, with a smooth, rich, oily, sweet honey, Christmas spicy, cinnamon palate. Medium to full bodied with soft carbonation. Much better than the classic. More body and more flavour.
