Grace is a Kolsch infused with the copious of Lychee Black Tea (荔枝红茶). Crisp, delicately-balanced and highlights the aromatics of its ingredients. Tea leaves were added at various stages to extract the desired aromas without harsh tannins. The soft rounded flavours of the malt allows the soothing floral lychee aroma to express itself. Enjoy the calming flavours of this beer, just like an excellent uplifting cup of Chinese tea.

Tap at BeerFest Asia XI Edition. Poured a hazy golden colour with a big frothy white head. The aroma is malt, herbal tea, lychee. The flavour is moderate sweet, light bitter, with a light, crisp, fruity, herbal, light hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average to soft carbonation. Surprisingly sweet!
