An American Wheat Beer, no banana or clove in this one: highly drinkable, unfiltered, “session-able.” Easy to drink, nice zest and lemon citrus flavors and aromas from the hops balanced with slight malt sweetness and just a wee bit kick of sour from the wheat. Even if you are “over training school wheat beers” this Wheat is one not to be missed and weighs in with some real kick at 5.0% alcohol by volume.

22oz bottle. I got this bottle in a trade with Sledutah and I shared this bottle with LiteWait. Hazy yellow. ¼ inch white bubbly head. Almost no carbonation. Aroma is of earthy tones. Dust. This is a solid example of why many people don’t care for wheat beers. Bland and uninteresting.

Bottle. Hazy yellow with a small white head. Aroma apple, white grape, citrus, wheat. Flavor of bland wheat, spice/clove, dry finish. Medium body with a tannic mouth feel.

Bottle. Apple. lemon, clove, and wheat malt aroma. Hazy pale yellow color with small head. Mild sweet-tart lemon, coriander, clove, and light wheat malt. Slightly dry finish. Okay - a bit witbier like.

Courtesy of douglas88. Bomber pours hazy gold with white head and spotty lacing. The aroma is yeasty, smooth hop spices and faint sweet banana. The taste begins with a bit of punchy yeasty spices and mild graininess and then picks up notes of sweet banana. It gets mildly creamy from time to time. Pretty tasty.

22oz bottle from Epic Brewery
Appearance: Slightly hazy straw/golden with a nice sized frothy white head and good lacing
Aroma: Lemon, citrus and pale malts
Taste: Slightly sweet malts, lemon, some sourness, grainy, earthy with a slight hop bite in the finish
Very nice beer. I’m not a "wheat" beer fan at all, but this is really nice. On a warm day after mowing the lawn it really hit the spot.
